| Expertise Summary |
| Observations and Modeling of Estuarine and Coastal Processes, including The Newark Bay Project, funded by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to identify the sources of toxins in this system. The study focuses on how toxic levels are related to variations in river discharge. The characterization of the spatial structure of toxins in response to variations in river discharge aided by hydrographic observations will aid in determining the source of the toxins. |
