Expertise Summary
  The research in my lab is concerned with protein chemistry and the physical chemistry of foods, with the physical properties, molecular mobility, and molecular states of amorphous biomaterials, and with developing novel applications of luminescence spectroscopy to solve basic scientific as well as practical problems.
