Expertise Summary
  Marine ecology and paleoecology; shellfish ecology and biology of deep-sea hydrothermal vents.

The main focus of my current and anticipated research is on the studies of mollusk components in the area of hydrothermal vents, culture of bivalvemollusks, shell structure of molluscan shells, molluscan shell mineralogy, paleoecology of marine mollusks,shellfish aquaculture(mariculture).
